2023 “End of Summer Scratch-Off” Promotion Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A REWARD DOLLAR PRIZE.
1. HOW TO PLAY: From start of business 8/1/2023 through close of business 9/30/2023, “check in” when dining in person or click the Online Order button to order delivery or carryout on the LettuceEats ® app at a participating restaurant and follow the on-screen instructions to reveal your offer. Online Orders for Maggiano’s Little Italy or Wow Bao restaurants are not eligible for the End of Summer Scratch Off Promotion.
Once revealed Offers of Bonus Points expire at 5 am CST if not applied to a check. Bonus Points must be presented at the time of purchase, and are valid only at the listed location. Bonus Points are not transferable and are not valid for delivery, special events, or private parties. Bonus Points may not be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or retail items, tax, or gratuity.
Offers of Reward Dollars may be used at the time and location of the reveal, or may be used at a later time pursuant to the terms and conditions applicable to all LEYE Reward Dollars.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Void in New York, Florida and where prohibited. Employees of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc (“Sponsor”), Wow Bao LLC, and Maggiano’s, their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Entrants must have pre-existing access to a mobile device that permits the download of the LettuceEats app. Message and data rates may apply. Must be a member of the Frequent Diner Club (which can be joined for free via the LettuceEats app or at https://www.lettuce.com/frequent-diner/ ).
3. PRIZES AND ODDS: All participants will receive either a Bonus Points offer or a Bonus Points offer and Reward Dollars. Bonus Points have no cash value. One Hundred Ninety-Two (192) $50 Reward Dollar Prizes and Three Hundred (300) $100 Reward Dollar Prizes redeemable at participating Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc. restaurants, Wow Bao Restaurants, and Maggiano’s restaurants. Approximate Retail Value: $50 or $100 each, with a total value of $39,600. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No prize includes alcoholic beverages.
4. GENERAL: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Any and all taxes on prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility. By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and the Sponsor’s decisions. By accepting prizes, winners agree to release Sponsor (including all other participating restaurants named herein) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; or, (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the app or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion or download the LettuceEats app. Entrants acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to any prize. This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each participant agrees to service of process by mail or other methods acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
